This is a huge moment of truth! We're finding out that McCain has a longer way to go than many thought, in the delegate count ( http://www.thegreenpa... ). Beating him in Texas would be HUGE!

McCain would have to win over 60% of the remaining delegates to hit 1,191. That means that we CAN get to a brokered convention, since most of the remaining states are RED STATES! The winner at a brokered convention will be the more conservative of the 2 and that would be Gov. Mike Huckabee!

Huckabee is the best on the issues that Texans care about and he would be able to win against Clinton or Obama. McCain will have great difficulty trying to do so, because he won't be able to out-liberal the liberals and he's going to have difficulty energizing the conservative base of the Republican party. Yesterday, the non-partisan Voter Guides went out to hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Texan Christians, at their churches and the polls do not reflect the effect of that, yet! Mike Ford and Meetup Organizers from other states have made the trip down to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and have been providing leadership to 8 - 10 Meetup Organizers in that area.
