According to the 4:00 A.M. news the gloves are off. John McCain has asked Mike Huckabee to step aside. Apparently McCain is convinced in spite of not having the 1191 delegates he is the chosen one. Media and GOP leadership have continued to undermine and marginalize Gov. Huckabee (see Shelli Weiss' comments); they want nothing better than the coronation of McCain, who has repeatedly stated he will continue to "reach out to the other side" meaning more negotiation at the cost of conservative principles.

Gov. Huckabee, let McCain's request roll off like water on a duck's back.
Persevere like a duck on a June bug.

To everyone--we just need to keep going, hanging in, going strong until the convention.
"Hold 'em, don't fold them."

(Read Mr. Armitadge's comments for the future without Mike Huckabee as president.)

Gov. Perry is to out of step with conservative Texans, ignore him, too.
Texas is mighty fertile ground for Mike Huckabee, but it has to be cultivated by Huckabee supporters before the GOP leadership plows his campaign under.

Look out how much has been done with so little and you can not deny "God's Will will not lack God's supply."

We are witnessing a miracle.

At the end of this race will we hear "Well done, my good and faithful servant"?

Mike Huckabee did indeed "major in miracles".

My prayers have been very specific--

1) For a hedge of protection around Mike Huckabee and his family and that we like Aaron of old stand firm to hold up and support Mike so he can go on.

2) That any losses from now on are only in proportional states, so Mike will gather some proportional delegates.

3) That no "winner take all" states be lost from now on. (Thank you Kansas for helping answer this prayer!)

4) That Texas will deliver all 140 delegates solely to Mike Huckabee.

5) That media stop trying to arrange the outcome and just report the facts.

6) That Christians realize absentiating themselves from politics for decades contributed to the moral decline of our nation. Sins by omission. As our Founders knew, our God is an awesome God but He does not expect Christians to be complacent and to compartmentalize or relegate beliefs just to the home, church and among Christians. God and our Founders knew belief and faith are integral to our being and should not be shucked off in the public or political square.

7) That all Lent observing Christians give up political complacency.

8) That GOP leadership refrain from dirty tactics or be exposed for their tactics against Mike Huckabee. That all recognize all attempts to marginalize Mike Huckabee's" remarkable political presence only convinces the conservative base that the GOP leadership cares nothing for the conservative base.

9) That other prayer warriors will join in these petitions because prayers indeed work.
Aren't you ready for a president you can trust?

10) That this nation be convinced that character, principle, and integrity matter more than money.
