We're having a party!! Join us on Thursday evening for some fun and a special message from Governor Huckabee. If you would like to bring snacks to share, please feel free! This will be a great fundraiser for HuckPak! $10 pp is the suggested donation, but please join us even if you can't afford the $10! Donations will be accepted the night of the event and online through PayPal. I will also be raffling off a copy of the Governor's new book and some other goodies. Address will be provided to those who RSVP by tonite at 10pm! Check your inboxes after 10pm. FYI: I am in the Fairway Pointe neighborhood of Eastwood on Hammock Dunes Place. That is south of Waterford Town Center, off Alafaya Trail.
Don't miss the FT/Huck-a-Tree that will be the last item auctioned. This is a small lighted tree designed to hang on the wall.
Bring a dessert or cookies or other snack item to share and an ornament for a little benefit auction. The funds from the auction will go to help fund the meetups. This is a fun event I have done at other functions and I think you'll enjoy it. Auction will begin at 8 pm and I'll have the Huckabee show recording so that those who wish to view it can, without missing a thing and without commercials.
FairTax items will also be available such as car magnets at $10 each and 2009 calendars at $3. Some free materials will also be available for pickup.
RSVP ASAP for planning purposes! If you are a member of the Mike Huckabee group and/or the Fairtax group, you only need to RSVP ONCE, not on both groups! And even if you cannot stay for the whole thing…I know it’s a busy time…just drop by a say hello!

Please read all of this carefully! We will welcome special guest Robert Kuykendall from the Florida Headquarters (he's very busy as he's the only staffer here, so please make sure he knows we appreciate his time!), and we'll do a little MEETUP.COM tutorial to help folks use it effectively. There will be materials available, signs, shirts, more lapel pins than Saturday's meeting ($1 each to help me fund this work!). Please be watching your emails for updates! I was told today that the room only accomodates 35...so be on time, because it promises to be SRO! We have 4:15-5:30, so we will have to stay very much on track. If you would like to speak for a couple of minutes please let me know so I can put you on the agenda! If you have RSVP'd for this meeting but find that you cannot make it, please be courteous and change your RSVP so that we can allow others to attend. If you WANT to attend but didn't get an RSVP in keep watching for the count to change and jump in with your RSVP...THANKS! And if you want shirts or signs, it would be very helpful if you email me TODAY with quantity and sizes IN THE SUBJECT LINE so that I can separate them, and PLEASE HAVE CHECK or CORRECT CHANGE.
