Why? Dr. Paul stands for FREEDOM right? These people have the freedom to choose Huckabee if they so wish. I give them the benefit of the doubt that they have researched all the candidates including Ron Paul hopefully at least viewed some speeches on youtube and came to the conclusion that Huckabee best represents them. They apparently have no problem with illegals getting free college or paying high taxes. I see that you informed them about the lie Huckabee told about having a theology degree. Ok fair enough. Now why aren't you out doing your work. There is a lot to do. You don't have time to be in here coddling people. Leave them alone. Ron Paul would never approve of bullying.
I know we get occasional trolls on the Ron Paul board. It is an annoyance and to my knowledge has not turned one person away from the good Dr. Paul.

Believe me MOST Ron Paul supporters are not like this.
Keep in mind there are over 82,000 Ron Paul supporters using this site and only a handful doing this.

I wish the Huckabee supporters well in your endeavors. I just wanted you to know most of us would not dream of imposing our will on others. It goes against everything Ron Paul stands for.

If you believe in the Iowa polls, Huck is pulling ahead which proves lying does work. Most people hear the quick news headlines and never engage in the political system as much as most of us on this message board do.

I have helped several of my pro huck friends see he is not the person he portrays himself to be. When the news media is biased and less than truthful, it is our responsibility to inform others of the knowledge we have obtained through research.

Lying about a theology degree in debates and speeches is a pretty serious thing when you are running as the religious, god fearing candidate. Most I know were not aware of this tail.... but they are now.

I agree. We don't like it when trollers appear on the Ron Paul board. I think we should respect Governor Huckabee's supporters on meetup.

Good luck to them and may the best man win. Just remember guys, do you think Dr. Paul would approve of this? I think not.

To Governor Huckabee's supporters, good luck to you, may the best candidate win.

Aloha.

Guys, we have much bigger enemies. Mitt Romney and John McCain. If either of those people gets the nomination it's a Clinton Whitehouse, or worse, Mitt Romney trying to be Bush part 2. Or McCain giving amnesty to all of the illegals in this country.

At least Mike agrees with Ron about getting rid of the IRS.

If you really need to jump on someone, go after those people who have been foolish enough to support Romney or McCain.

Personally I see no reason to do that. Don't act like what we are accused of being by the media when they are trying to ignore us.

We had a chance to have a rally when Mike Huckabee came to Memphis today and we decided not to do it. First, was at a Church and most of us are Christians and we have more respect for that. Secondly, most of us like Mike and we really can't stand McCain or Romney. I personally like Mike, I just wouldn't vote for him. You can't blame us for what a few people do. I feel like we have treated them with a lot more respect than they have treated us. We have had a few yard signs pulled up and Mike Huckabee's signs put in their place. We warned our group NOT to retaliate. I don't blame all of his supporters for what a few idiots do, so neither should they. I listened to Mike Huckabee's sermon tonight(whatever you think of him, he is a good preacher and has the gift of gab) on am640 The Christian Radio network in Memphis, TN.

FYI

Mike got a HECK of a lot more respect than we gave Hitllary Clinton (We had a 60+ person strong rally) when she came or Barrack Hussien Obama's new headquarters where we filled up their intersection with Ron Paul signs and handed out literature.

Then look at the Ron Paul Meetup did to John "Give 'em amnesty" McCain in Nashville (We were there in full force)

I'm a Ron Paul supporter and I wouldn't impose my will on anyone but we have a moral obligation to inform all you Huckabee supporters ( and I know some people support him because he's a christian) that he has made grave errors in judgment while he was in office here. If you are a Christian, and you believe the Bible, (as Huck says he does)... then why would you want to sign into law something that would allow a public schools to implement a globalist curriculum?
Check it:
"With the approval of SB 1024 now Public Act 2152 (PDF), Mike Huckabee officially brought the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to Arkansas high schools and gave control of the education of many Arkansas school children to an international entity based in Geneva, Switzerland. The IBO is part of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC). This organization teaches the very principles, beliefs, and values of the United Nations that Farris is rightly worried about; values which conflict with the very founding of our country, our parental rights, and our faith.
IBO undermines the beliefs of our nation's founding fathers and endorses the [United Nations'] Universal Declaration of Human Rights. . . ."

Another thing you Huck supporters should seriously think about is his membership in the CFR. This organization has been around for decades and one of their stated purposes is world government. Didn't you know that? WHY didn't you know that? If you support Huckabee and you are a Christian this is ESPECIALLY important. If he IS a member and their purpose is moving the US toward world government, then doesn't that make him a hippocrite? You can't love the world and love the Lord at the same time..!

Intelligent and thoughtful answers are welcomed.

Hi guys!

I support Ron Paul, but was one who blasted CNN for their treatment of both Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee in what they tried to pass off as a political debate.

As other posters have mentioned...we have a problem.

McCain - That man scares the hell out me. I am pretty sure that will be the end of the U.S. as we know it if he gets in..which he won't...so it will once again be a Clinton Whitehouse. I don't know about you, but I don't think we need the Clinton Dynasty. Romney - He is just too slick for me.

I am asking as an American woman very worried about the future of our Country, family, and all other Americans. This is what the Ron Paul people are all about. I have met some of the warmest, compassionate people working on his campaign. I am sure you have met the same working on Mike's. What do we do?

This is a nightmare. The above person is right about the CFR. I keep talking to my husband because I want all this stuff to be false. I keep looking for outside thoughts and feelings to make sure I am thinking clearly. I want to believe that things will just keep going on the way they are now. The FBI is spending a billion dollars to collect our biometric data (iris scans, tattoo markings, fingerprinting, etc.) all in the name of fighting terrorism/criminals- CNN.com, families have been destroyed by this war, the dollar will continue to decline, etc.) I wish these were not facts, but they are. Trust me, there are many times I wish I had taken the "blue" pill. -Quoting the Matrix of course. :)

I know one person is not going to be able to solve everything. I just feel it is a step in the right direction. I just believe without our rights, we don't have anything. We really are slaves. Big government will never protect us, but we have to protect ourselves. We have to live each day in love, and do what makes us happy. I just don't want people telling me WHAT that is. I think we can all agree on this. The media is a joke, and nothing but propaganda.

We are going to be handed our president...again. If you guys have suggestions...I am all ears.
